This policy explains what Omni Automations ("we", "us") collects through this website and through the phone and text messaging services we run for our business customers, and how we use it.

What we collect on this website

When you fill out our intake form or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number if provided, business details and your answers about how your business handles calls. Bookings are created in our Google Calendar, and Google sends the calendar invite.

Calls and texts we handle for businesses

When a business uses Omni Voice, we process the calls and text messages its customers send to that business, including caller phone numbers, call audio, transcripts and message content. We use this information only to answer, route and follow up on those conversations for that business, to send the business summaries, and to improve how its agent works. We act on the business's behalf, and its own privacy policy also applies.

How we use information

  • To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it.
  • To deliver, support and improve our services.
  • To meet legal obligations and keep our services secure.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example telephony, voice and scheduling providers), and only as needed to provide the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers under contract, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Contact us at our booking page.
